Luxury meets Elegance: Jewel of Palm Jumeirah
It was a Sunday morning, we got an invitation to the most amazing man made island in Dubai, The Palm Jumeirah. The client was waiting for us at the waterfront property. We moved to the sand shores and he started to explain his views of the abode to be. Luxury abode with minimalist style and great design was the conclusion. Enjoying the beauty of the island and scoring the ideas on the paper, we shake the hands for the next sitting with the design.
We started working on the project the Italian way with the elements of gold and light colours. Added some mirror and some rich marble elements to the wall. We always remember his requirement for ambient lightings in every room. So we incorporated chandliers and some innovative lightings from Atlantis, a famous Italian brand for lightings. Floorings should be rich and minimalist , so that we chose calacatta gold marbles, nero portora and onyx marbles for each areas. There is a place in the house where fire and water joins to inspire nature. Kitchen was designed in ebony and white glossy finish to showcase the best facility and modern appliances. We also integrated an island breakfast table cum serving counter to avoid the emptiness of the huge kitchen. Armani marbles,one of the expensive marblecollection was also used in some areas inside the house to add richness & luxury. The client also asked for a special area for cigar & bar counters , and was incorporated in a way that privacy is taken cared. Furniture for the living room including the sofa was sourced from Arketipo, an Italian brand which itself creates a bold design statement. Bedrooms were designed keeping in mind the utilization of spaces and facilities. The ceiling of the rooms was designed with a collage of fabric and gypsum to give a luxury feel. Stair cases were given a cnc routed finish on steel to give an attractive look.
We always believe in imagination inspired design, and we tried to bring it on this project. The appreciation from the client was WOW!
